The Process

  • Contact Us either by emailing or calling and we will email you a product list
  • Select the products of interest, add to it if needed, and email or fax it back
  • We will create a pro forma invoice and send it along with a sales contract.
  • Once approved an intial deposit of 20% will need to be made.
  • We need about a 3-4 weeks to build the order
  • A container will be booked and we will load the way you want
  • The remaining balance to be wired prior to shipping
  • You receive the container, are happy and order again.

The Payment

USA Chips is not a bank, although we would like to be we are not at this time so we cannot extend credit terms.  We will need an initial deposit of 20% with the balance paid in full prior to shipment.  We do not use Letters of Credit (LC’s) since they are expensive and always need to be amended.  An escrow account is an alternative to an LC.
